Material

Our main braiding material is stainless-steel wire, which is used in various material grades, strengths, and diameters depending on the application and usage area. Classic material such as galvanized steel wire, bare or tinned copper wire, as well as bronze wire, are also being processed.

Depending on the material and strength, wire diameters from 0.025 mm to 0.60 mm can be processed. Upon request, special materials such as titanium, nitinol, or tungsten wire are also possible.

In addition to metallic materials, we process synthetics such as twisted yarns, circular threads, or monofilaments with a rectangular profile. We have extensive expertise in processing polyester, aramid, and glass fiber yarns, as well as monofilaments made of polyethylene, polypropylene, and polyamide.
