Low pressure hoses, silicone hoses, distribution of non-braided hoses

Braided rubber and silicone hoses are primarily used in low- and medium-pressure applications and, dependig on the design, serve to increase pressure resistance, provide mechanical protection, or bundle lines. Typical applications can be found in industrial applications and building services.

As hose materials, EPDM, NBR, CR and PVC hoses as well as silicone hoses are processed. The selection of the hose material depends on the medium, temperature range and mechanical requirements.

Braidings is carried out according to our internal standards or according to customer specifications. In addition to galvanized steel wire and stainless steel wire, a wide range of other metallic and non-metallic materials can be used as braiding material. Traceability of all materials used is fully ensured. During production, continuous quality inspections and process parameter monitoring are carried out to ensure consistently high product quality. Processing can be carried out on continuous hose lengths or on customer-supplied hoses.

Silicon hoses

Our silicone hoses offer excellent physical properties for a wide range of applications in the food and pharmaceutical industry, medical technology, water supply, and sanitation. The hoses are cold-flexible down to -60°C and temperature-resistant up to +200°C in dry heat.

Distribution of non-braided hoses
