PTFE Smooth Hoses, PTFE Corrugated Hoses, PFA Corrugated Hoses

PTFE hoses are frequently used for applications with high heat and pressure requirements. They are available as smooth and corrugated hoses. The base hose is available in various PTFE grades.

The braiding material primarily consists of high-strength stainless steel wire, which is available in various grades. A two-layer braiding can enhance product safety and increase pressure resistance by approximately 30%. For applications with lower pressure requirements, softer stainless steel wire can be used.

Upon request, PTFE hoses can also be supplied in fixed lengths. Depending on the nominal diameter, lengths between 50 and 200 mm are available. The hoses are cut using an annealed cutting process, preventing the braiding from fraying and enabling efficient further processing.
