For low-pressure applications, we process carrier hoses made from EPDM, NBR, CR, PVC and silicone. Depending on the design, the braid performs a stabilising and protective function, increases resistance to mechanical stress and can also be used for identification or thermal shielding.

The hose and braid materials are selected according to the medium being conveyed, the temperature range and the respective operating conditions. An overview of the available braiding materials can be found under Materials.

Quality and Delivery Formats

The materials used are documented by batch and are therefore traceable. In-process quality inspections and the monitoring of relevant process parameters support consistent product quality. Braiding can be carried out on hoses supplied by us or provided by the customer. Depending on the requirements, the products can be supplied as continuous lengths or in a customer-specific, ready-cut configuration.

Silicone Hoses

Silicone hoses are used in applications that place high demands on flexibility and temperature resistance. Depending on the silicone grade used, they are employed in areas such as the food and pharmaceutical industries, medical technology, and water and sanitary applications.

Commercial Hose Products
