Certifications and Standards
Our quality standard is ensured through the consistent application and further development of our quality management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. This certification promotes the continuous improvement of our products as well as the optimization of internal processes and procedures.

Innovation and Technology
We continuously invest in modern technologies and innovations to optimize our production processes and further enhance the quality of our products. Our development department constantly works on improving existing products and developing new, innovative solutions that meet our customers' requirements.

Procurement
When selecting our materials, we place particular emphasis on the highest quality and collaborate with many long-standing suppliers. For almost all major materials, we have at least two suppliers to ensure the stability of the supply chain and maintain reliable production at all times.

Customer Satisfaction
Our top priority is the satisfaction of our customers. Personal conversations help us to understand the exact application purpose of the customer. Through mutual exchange, we develop the best possible solution for your requirements.

Environment

Our commitment to a sustainable future

The preservation of nature and the practice of our business in a sustainable manner are fundamental pillars of our company's philosophy. Through continuous improvement measures and innovative solutions, we work to enhance our environmental performance and minimize our ecological footprint.

We adhere to the environmental management standard DIN EN ISO 14001 and prefer suppliers who are certified according to this standard. Reporting on the quantitative assessment of corporate greenhouse gas emissions was carried out in accordance with the GHG Protocol.

Operational Greenhouse Gas Emissions in t CO₂ (Scope 1 & 2)

• Scope 1 Emissions encompass direct emissions from company-owned or controlled sources.
• Scope 2 Emissions encompass indirect emissions from the generation of purchased electricity, steam, heat, and cooling consumed by the company.

The graph shows a significant reduction in these emissions since 2020 (WH reference year). So far, we have saved 157 tons of CO₂, which corresponds to a relative reduction of around 69%. Our goal is to reduce emissions by at least 66% by 2030 and achieve a 100% reduction in net greenhouse gases by 2045.

The graph shows the scope 1 emissions, broken down by energy sources (electricity, liquefied gas, bottled gas, fuel). Due to the use of green bottled gas from 2021 and the exclusive use of green electricity since 2023, the corresponding emissions are no longer shown in the graph.

Development Electricity Consumption and PV Feed-In (MWh)

The graph illustrates the total electricity consumption, the share of purchased electricity, the self-consumed PV electricity, and the fed-in PV electricity.
At the end of 2024, our existing photovoltaic system was expanded with two additional solar arrays. This enables us to cover a significant share of our electricity demand directly with self-generated solar power. During the sunnier months, the share of photovoltaic electricity already reaches around 70%. We cover the remaining electricity demand with certified, emission-free green electricity.

The following environmental measures have already been implemented:

• Energy-efficient LED lighting: To reduce power consumption.
• Heat recovery: From compressors for hot water preparation.
• Rainwater usage: To reduce water consumption.
• Building management technology: For targeted control and reduction of energy consumption.
• Conversion to electric forklifts: For operation with solar power.
• Use of green electricity: Elimination of all electricity-related emissions.
• Energy efficient renovation of a production hall: Facade insulation, new windows, sectional doors to improve energy efficiency.

The completed CO₂ assessment serves as a basis for identifying further reduction potential and continuously improving our environmental performance.

Social Responsibility

Our Contribution to Social Responsibility

Our corporate culture is built on social and societal responsibility. We support our employees through sports-related benefits, such as job bike leasing or contributions towards sports club memberships. To ensure health and safety in the workplace on a sustainable basis, we conduct annual safety training, occupational health examinations, and regularly train designated personnel such as first aiders and forklift drivers.

We place great importance on a discrimination-free and respectful working environment. Binding principles for respectful cooperation are set out in our internal company guidelines. Joint activities such as summer and Christmas celebrations also help strengthen cohesion within our company.

We also assume social responsibility beyond our own company. Each year, we allocate part of our profits to support charitable organizations, local initiatives, clubs, and institutions.

One example is our support for the White Angel for FLY & HELP project.

Through our engagement, we aim to support initiatives that combine social responsibility, volunteer commitment, and sustainable impact.
We do not view social responsibility as a one-off measure, but as an integral part of our corporate culture.
